Furniture comes with a 24-month warranty. The warranty period starts from the moment the seller hands over the product to the buyer, as stipulated in the contract.
The guarantee is subject to the following purchase documents: the purchase contract, the receipt for payment and the product’s warranty passport.

Replacement, return or rectification of defective goods is subject to the retail rules. The buyer shall not have the right to terminate the contract if the defect in the goods is minor in accordance with Article 6.363(8) CC. The statutory guarantee of goods under Article 6.338 of the CC lays down the time limits for bringing claims for defects in goods. The right of consumers to withdraw from distance and off-premises contracts is laid down in Article 6.22810 CC.
