It is important to choose the right tent or pavilion to ensure the comfort of your guests and the smooth running of your event. Here are the criteria to consider:
On what surface will the tent be pitched? Grass, concrete, asphalt, wooden terraces?
How much space do we have? How big will the tent be?
How many people do we want to accommodate and in what order? Seating everyone at tables, seating some people, or using bar tables?
Who else should fit in the tent? Buffet, bar, cake table, dancing area, stage, etc.?
What time of day will the event take place? Will additional lighting and/or heating be needed?
Is there an electrical socket near the venue? What will be the demand for electricity?
Will I want to separate part of the tent with a closed awning, e.g. for a kitchenette or a changing room?
Will there be a need for additional smaller tents next to the big one for cooking, bar, special decorations or buffet?
